Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return, unless the item is a trading card or collectible card.

Trading cards and collectible cards cannot be returned or refunded once sold. Inspect photos on the listing and contact us before purchase if you need more detail.

Non-card goods must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Start a return by emailing info@mithrilvault.co.za before sending anything back. Returns without a request will not be accepted.

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.

Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. We do not accept returns on opened sealed TCG product.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.
